  Place the jewelry in its original Misfit Diamonds packaging, ensuring all certificates and protective padding are included.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our gemologists will inspect the piece, and your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
