Absolutely. Integrity is our core value. We work exclusively with trusted suppliers who adhere to the Kimberley Process, ensuring all our diamonds are conflict-free and responsibly mined.
Do you offer custom jewelry design?
Yes, we specialize in bespoke engagement rings and fine jewelry. You can select a loose diamond from our collection and work with our designers to create a one-of-a-kind setting tailored to your style.
How long does shipping take for loose stones versus finished jewelry?
Loose diamonds typically ship within 3-5 business days. For custom settings or finished jewelry pieces, please allow 4-6 weeks for production and meticulous quality inspection before shipment.
What is your return policy for high-value items?
We offer a 14-day return window for loose diamonds in their original, unset condition. Please note that custom-designed jewelry and engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do your diamonds come with certification?
While many of our unique cuts are non-traditional, we provide in-house grading reports for all stones. For specific high-carat diamonds, GIA or IGI certification is available and will be noted in the product description.
